В квартире есть все необходимое для комфортного проживания. Удобная кровать отельного типа. Скоростной интернет, большой 4к телевизор. Во дворе бесплатная парковка. Двор закрытый. Смена постельного белья и полная уборка квартиры производится после каждого гостя.

Для вечеринок и дней рождений не сдаем.

Командировочным предоставляем отчетные документы.

Заселение строго по договору. При себе иметь паспорт. Предусмотрен денежный залог 2000₽. Залог возвращается при выезде в обмен на ключи, порядок и соблюдение правил проживания.
Заселение после 23:00- 1000₽
